Spray granulation drying equipment


The air pressure is provided by both the induced draft fan and the blower, keeping the material in a fluidized state. The wet material concentrate to be dried is sprayed in from the bottom or top, wrapping around the fine particles and dust, increasing its volume and weight. Due to the change in mass, the particles move downwards. Driven by the heat energy provided by the hot air and internal heating coils, the surface temperature of the wet material particles increases, allowing the moisture to evaporate.

Fluidized bed drying equipment


A fluidized bed dryer uses air heated by a heat exchanger to create hot air. This hot air is distributed into the main unit via a valve plate. Loose, wet materials enter the dryer via a feeder. Due to air pressure, the materials form a fluidized bed within the dryer and come into extensive contact with the hot air, thus completing the drying process in a short time.
